Estos términos regulan el uso de Vislum. Al crear una cuenta o usar la extensión, aceptas lo que sigue. Intentamos ser claros y justos: sin letra pequeña abusiva.
1. Aceptación
Al usar Vislum aceptas estos Términos y nuestra Política de privacidad. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el servicio.
2. El servicio
Vislum es una extensión para navegadores (Chrome y Edge) con herramientas de inspección de diseño web. Ofrecemos un plan Free completo y para siempre, y un plan Pro de pago que amplía límites y añade funciones como la sincronización entre dispositivos.
3. Tu cuenta
- Debes proporcionar información veraz y mantener segura tu contraseña.
- Eres responsable de la actividad realizada desde tu cuenta.
- Una cuenta es para una sola persona; no la compartas.
- Avísanos si detectas un uso no autorizado.
4. Suscripción y pagos
Vislum Pro cuesta $4.50 USD/mes o $35 USD/año. Sin prueba con cobro sorpresa: el plan Free es completo y permanente.
- Los pagos se procesan mediante Lemon Squeezy, que actúa como Merchant of Record (vendedor oficial y responsable de la transacción, impuestos y facturación).
- La suscripción se renueva automáticamente al final de cada periodo, salvo que la canceles antes.
- Los impuestos aplicables (IVA/VAT, etc.) los calcula y cobra Lemon Squeezy según tu ubicación.
- Los precios pueden cambiar; te avisaremos con antelación razonable y los cambios no afectan el periodo ya pagado.
5. Cancelación y reembolsos
Puedes cancelar cuando quieras; conservarás Pro hasta el final del periodo ya pagado y no se te volverá a cobrar. Los reembolsos se rigen por la política de Lemon Squeezy y por la ley aplicable en tu país. Para solicitudes, escríbenos a contact@studio66.app.
6. Uso aceptable
No debes: (a) usar Vislum para fines ilegales; (b) intentar vulnerar, descompilar o eludir medidas de seguridad o límites del plan; (c) revender o redistribuir el servicio sin autorización; (d) abusar de la infraestructura (por ejemplo, con automatizaciones que la degraden).
7. Propiedad intelectual
Vislum, su marca, su código y su diseño son propiedad de Visual Studio 66. Te concedemos una licencia limitada, personal e intransferible para usar el servicio conforme a estos Términos. Lo que tú crees o guardes (tus colecciones, colores, etc.) es tuyo.
8. Disponibilidad
Trabajamos para que Vislum funcione bien, pero el servicio se presta «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad». Podemos actualizar, cambiar o suspender funciones. No garantizamos que esté libre de errores o interrupciones.
9. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida máxima permitida por la ley, Visual Studio 66 no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso de Vislum. Nuestra responsabilidad total se limita al importe que hayas pagado por el servicio en los últimos 12 meses.
10. Terminación
Puedes dejar de usar Vislum y eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde tu cuenta. Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que incumplan estos Términos. Si eliminas tu cuenta teniendo Pro, recuerda cancelar la suscripción primero: eliminar la cuenta no detiene el cobro.
11. Cambios
Podemos modificar estos Términos. Si el cambio es relevante, actualizaremos la fecha superior y, cuando corresponda, te avisaremos. El uso continuado del servicio implica la aceptación de la versión vigente.
12. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Panamá. Cualquier disputa se someterá a los tribunales competentes de la Ciudad de Panamá, República de Panamá, sin perjuicio de los derechos que la ley te reconozca como consumidor.

These terms govern your use of Vislum. By creating an account or using the extension, you accept what follows. We aim to be clear and fair: no abusive fine print.
1. Acceptance
By using Vislum you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
Vislum is a browser extension (Chrome and Edge) with web design inspection tools. We offer a complete, forever Free plan, and a paid Pro plan that raises limits and adds features such as cross-device sync.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- An account is for a single person; don't share it.
- Tell us if you detect unauthorized use.
4. Subscription and payments
Vislum Pro costs $4.50 USD/month or $35 USD/year. No surprise-charge trial: the Free plan is complete and permanent.
- Payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record (the official seller, responsible for the transaction, taxes and invoicing).
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel beforehand.
- Applicable taxes (VAT, etc.) are calculated and charged by Lemon Squeezy based on your location.
- Prices may change; we'll give reasonable notice and changes won't affect an already-paid period.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime; you keep Pro until the end of the already-paid period and won't be charged again. Refunds are governed by Lemon Squeezy's policy and applicable law in your country. For requests, email us at contact@studio66.app.
6. Acceptable use
You must not: (a) use Vislum for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to breach, decompile or circumvent security measures or plan limits; (c) resell or redistribute the service without authorization; (d) abuse the infrastructure (e.g. with automation that degrades it).
7. Intellectual property
Vislum, its brand, code and design are owned by Visual Studio 66. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service under these Terms. What you create or save (your collections, colors, etc.) is yours.
8. Availability
We work to keep Vislum running well, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may update, change or suspend features. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visual Studio 66 will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Vislum. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
10. Termination
You can stop using Vislum and delete your account at any time from your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. If you delete your account while on Pro, remember to cancel the subscription first: deleting the account does not stop billing.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms. If the change is material, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the current version.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Panama City, Republic of Panama, without prejudice to any rights the law grants you as a consumer.
